I am gratified that an image of mine — “Outside My Comfort Zone” — was accepted by juror Alida Fish for inclusion in the 4th Annual Regional Photography Exhibit of the Rehoboth Art League.
Rehoboth Art League,
12 Dodds Lane, Rehoboth Beach, DE,
January 4 thru February 7, 2019.
Artists’ Reception:
Friday, Jan. 4, 5-7pm.
This was a competition with over 250 submissions by 83 artists. This documentary image of mine was taken outside Booths Corner Farmers Market in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania with a tiny French DxO One camera that is no longer in production.
My print for this exhibition has an image area of 18×10 inches and is mounted in a 24×16 frame. I am asking $270 for the framed piece, number 2 of 2 prints this size. (The second one is sharper!)
This image was not a prize winner. Last year my image took 2nd place!
I used this image in my Photo Prayer 2018-14. Seminary student Mariann Younger wrote the prayer to go with this image, and it got several flattering comments. Click here to see her prayer and the comments.
