Looking for a good, inexpensive camera?
Because I teach students in my photo class at the Delaware Art Museum to shoot in Shutter-Priority, Aperture Priority, and Manual Mode, they need to easily set ISO, Shutter Speed, and Aperture. Typically, these are digital single-lens reflex cameras (DSLR) or mirrorless cameras.
Below are links to good cameras in the lower price range. They have interchangeable lenses. There are many better cameras than these, especially ones that produce higher-quality images in low-light situations and cameras that produce images with more pixels. These cameras are good for those just starting but who want all the basics.
Mirrorless cameras are smaller cameras and lighter weight. However, some of my students had trouble finding and using the smaller buttons.
The cameras listed below and similar cameras can be purchased from many dealers, including Cameras Etc. in Newark, Delaware and Precision Camera in Austin, Texas, both of which I have been using for decades.

Used Camera Equipment
Many dealers offer used camera equipment. I have used KEH Camera for many years with good results. They also buy equipment.
