East Building, National Gallery of Art, in One-Third of a Second

Here are forty-five images from a visit to the East Building of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. on Monday, January 2, 2017. Most of these photos were taken letting light into the camera for 1/3 of a second. That is about 20 times longer than our eyes see the world. Also, I often deliberately shook the camera in many of these shots, so the image is often blurred, but in a way I hope you find pleasing, in a style that complements the contemporary art on display. I am quite happy with two of the images. To comment, please contact me.
