These are vacation photos of Vermont, though some aspire to art. My wife and I did day trips, first out of Ludlow in the southern portion of the state, and then out of Waterbury, to the north. We visited Ascutney State Park, Rockingham Meetinghouse, Bellows Falls, Calvin Coolidge Homestead, Billings Farm and Museum, Richard Egan Glassworks, Rock of Ages quarry in Barre, the Granite Museum and Hope Cemetery, also in Barre, Shelburne Museum, Church Street in Burlington, the University of Vermont Morgan Horse Farm, the Northeast Kingdom, and the Bennington Museum. With so many museums, these photos emphasize the rustic and aged, which is nothing like an objective view of Vermont, a state we enjoyed visiting. Please contact me if you have a comment or question.
